What We Provide

Nutritious food to families where the mother is pregnant or postpartum (up to 1 year after birth).

Now accepting adults and families with meconditions.

3 nutritious meals per day, 7 days a week for each approved household member

Eligibility

Pregnant or Post-partum women with Medicaid Managed Care Plans.

Additional family members with Medicaid Managed plans

Adults and children with chronic medical conditions. Families can also receive meals.

Resides in Brooklyn.

Approval is granted for up to 6 months.

If the need continues, you may apply for an additional 6 months (until the baby turns 1 year old).
