What We Provide

  • Nutritious food to families where the mother is pregnant or postpartum (up to 1 year after birth).

​

  • Now accepting adults and families with meconditions.

​

  • 3 nutritious meals per day, 7 days a week for each approved household member

​

  • Meals delivered

​

  • Cooked meals and fleishigs under CHK Hashgacha.

​

​

Eligibility

  • Pregnant or Post-partum women with Medicaid Managed Care Plans.

​

  • Additional family members with Medicaid Managed plans

​

  • Adults and children with chronic medical conditions. Families can also receive meals.

​

  • Resides in Brooklyn.

​

  • Approval is granted for up to 6 months.

​

  • If the need continues, you may apply for an additional 6 months (until the baby turns 1 year old).
